We are a primary manufacturer of valves, working mainly in Stainless Steel and Hastelloy. All major valves components are manufactured “in house”, we do not subcontract any element of this work to a third party.  One of the great strengths of the company is that it predominantly sells directly to its customers where the problems and solutions to sampling can be thoroughly discussed and resolved. This is particularly important where specials have to be made.


Blackfive Engineering has over 28 years experience and knowledge in sampling a wide range of materials. Our Sampling Valves are used in the Chemical, Fine Chemical, Biotechnology, Food and Beverage, Solvents, Resins, Polymers, Bitumen, Powders and General Process Industries.


Since the introduction of the first Series 1 Sampling Valve in 1987, new products have been designed and continue to be developed and as a result Blackfive Engineering is now recognised as a leading company in the UK in Safe Sampling.


From the conception of our first Series 1 Low Contamination Sampling Valve, we have always placed operator and environmental safety as primary considerations and we are familiar with all the relevant Health and Safety requirements.


All of our products are manufactured at our Works in Runcorn  in the UK and all standard products are generally available Ex-Stock. As we are a primary manufacturer, modifications to standard products and specials can easily be made on short deliveries. Blackfive Engineering is well respected, world wide for the design and high quality of their valves.
