Low Contamination Filter and Drier Powder Sample Valves
This series of valves has many uses for basically sampling powders, particularly on the side of vertical or horizontal driers. These valves will safely sample materials when the vessel is under full vacuum or slight pressure without stopping the process, agitator, or releasing the vacuum or pressure. This is particularly suitable for the drying of powders starting from slurries, through pastes to wet powders and finally to check powders for full dryness. Following which the wash solvents can be checked for freedom from contamination. A zero emission to atmosphere system can be offered for hazardous materials or the whole valve can be enclosed in a glove box. These valves are offered in two sizes ex Stock and are offered in grade 316 stainless steel or grade C22 Alloy.
