The Series 10 Sampling Valves are designed to be sandwiched between a pair of ASA #150 pipeline flanges in either a horizontal or vertical pipe, and after installation need to be preset to one line pressure to avoid over filling the bottles. The valves are fitted with a lever operation with spring return to close. The handles are lockable in the closed position.

Four Ex-Stock sizes are offered in Grade 316L Stainless Steel for 1" (25 mm), 1½" (40 mm), 2" (50 mm) and 3" (80 mm) NB pipelines.

All valves can be made to order in Grade C22 Alloy or Grade 2 Pure Titanium.  The standard cap on the outlet is GL45 to suit a range of safety sample bottles which Blackfive stock. A few other cap sizes can be offered to special order to suit other bottles.

Standard ex-Stock stainless steel cabinets can be bolted securely to the valves to further improve safety of operation. (Click HERE for section on Cabinets and bottles)
